Complete the circle of care with Nurse Mindy. Important information is lost or misunderstood at MD appointments and at home. We can help you manage the healthcare system and prevent dead ends from our failing healthcare system. We can provide transport and assist with aftercare from outpatient procedures, like monitoring after anesthesia and pain control. We can fill medication planners and provide much needed medication education and guidance. We will also stay in touch with your doctors to promote healing and well being while you remain at home!
